Celebrate Culinary Arts Month With Ribs, Free Flags, Date Nights And More!

No doubt about it…summer is here. What better way to beat the heat than chillin’ with lemonade and a plate full or ribs? July 4th started our celebration of Culinary Arts Month.

Chef’s Table– (Thursdays at 6:30, July 5, 12 [booked], 19 & 26)

An intensely personalized dining experience for parties of 2 to 10. ONLY one table booked per night. Guests will be seated in full view of the exhibition kitchen and will discuss food interests and dietary requirements with Chef Zachary Pope. From that discussion, Chef Pope will create a menu uniquely suited for the table. Appetizer, soup/salad, entree & dessert…each a creative expression of Chef Pope, named Best Chef in 2011 and 2012 by the Capital Gazette Reader’s Choice Poll. $50 per person. Reservations required. “We Have a NEW App for that” Cooking Class – Wednesday, July 11, at 7:30 pm

New hors d’oeuvres menu that will rock the “bring a dish” party circuit. 2-hours, hands-on class with dining at the conclusion. $60 per person. Reservations 443.292.4631

Roundz After Dark – Friday, July 20 at 7:30 PM

Chef Zachary Pope & Chef Robert Brown are developing the July menu to showcase “fresh now” seasonal ingredients in their unique haute cuisine style. “So, You’re Having a Dinner Party” 2nd Edition – Cooking Class – Monday, July 23 at 7:30 pm

NEW MENU! Chef Pope will walk you through the planning, prep & execution of a no-stress, high-impress dinner party menu. This is a 2-hour, hands-on class with dining at the conclusion. $60 per person. Reservations 443.292.4631
