An intensely personalized dining experience for parties of 2 to 10. ONLY one table booked per night. Guests will be seated in full view of the exhibition kitchen and will discuss food interests and dietary requirements with Chef Zachary Pope. From that discussion, Chef Pope will create a menu uniquely suited for the table.
