Melissa Parker Joins Champion Realty In Annapolis

Champion Realty has announced that Melissa Parker has joined the company as a sales associate in their Annapolis office at 711 Bestgate Road, where she will focus on residential properties. Previously Parker specialized in new-home sales, selling more than $40 million in homes over three years, from condominiums to single-family homes, luxury properties and waterfront.

“Champion Realty has a really solid reputation, and it’s so important for clients to know they can trust the company representing them,” Parker said. “That’s why Champion stood out when I was selecting a company, but also because of their technology and resources such as Internet marketing, advertising, use of YouTube and Realtor.com, mobile applications and texting tools.”

While working in new-home sales, Parker consistently received awards for 100% customer satisfaction. “For me, it’s not about selling a house—it’s about building a good rapport with clients and guiding them through the process,” Parker said. “Having sold new construction gives me an advantage because I know all the options people have, the ins and outs of buying new and existing homes and how best to stage your home.”

“Melissa’s customer service skills and market expertise make her a perfect fit for our office,” said Pat Savani, manager of the Champion Realty Annapolis office. “Her experience selling new construction taught her how to prepare homes for sale and how to help buyers visualize themselves in a property. Having access to all the listed inventory will only enhance her ability to help people identify their home of choice.”

“Melissa has an impressive track record of amazing success in real estate sales,” said Jon Coile, CEO of Champion Realty. “She is exactly the type of motivated professional who prospers in our company, utilizing our marketing tools and systems to help her clients accomplish their real estate goals. We are looking forward to great things from her in the months and years ahead.”
