Two vans collided this morning at the intersection of Northwest and Calvert Streets in the shadow of the State Capitol and the Arundel Center. From a witness on the scene, the grey minivan struck the white panel van which overturned trapping two people. The condition of the two people is unknown at this time. Traffic will be congested for the next hour while police investigate the accident.
