Woman Arrested For Prostitution At BWI Hotel. Special detectives in Anne Arundel County said they uncovered a prostitution business working out of the Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport hotel district. Queen Shykylia Samuel and Fiona Danae Simms face prostitution charges in addition to charges related to using the hotel room for sex. Officers arrested them Tuesday morning.

Man Sought In Annapolis Bank Robbery. Police in Annapolis have released surveillance images of a man who robbed a bank Monday morning. Police were called to the Severn Savings Bank in the 1900 block of West Street about 10:45 a.m. Monday after getting reports of a bank robbery. Detectives said the robber displayed a possible handgun and got away with money from the teller.

Police Prep For Arundel Mills Casino Opening. The Anne Arundel County Police Department already has a presence in the Arundel Mills Mall area, but they’ll be stepping it up once the new casino opens next month. Excitement is already building for the opening of the Maryland Live casino — but not for everyone. Residents like Judy Hannon who live nearby said they’re torn about the new addition to Arundel Mills.

Man Killed In Glen Burnie Crash.  A single-vehicle crash has killed a 42-year-old man in Anne Arundel County. Police said the man, identified as Rafet Gerigiden, of Glen Burnie, lost control of his pickup truck and hit a tree along Route 10 near Furnace Branch Road in the Glen Burnie area about 1:45 a.m. Thursday.
