The Annapolis Business Association announces an exciting new addition to the popular Park & Shop program which allows participating businesses to offer their customers one hour of free parking in the Downtown Garages.

In partnership with the Annapolis Harbormaster’s Office, Dock & Shop will allow boaters to enjoy 1 hour of free docking at the slips and moorings managed by the Harbormaster.  Boaters making purchases at any of the participating retailers or dining at any of the restaurant partners may request Park & Shop stickers.  Present the stickers to the Harbormaster for the discount on your docking fees.  The Dock & Shop program will be effective now through the end of the fiscal year, June 30, 2012.   If the trial run proves successful, Dock & Shop is expected to become a permanent part of the ABA’s customer incentive program.

Park & Shop is a wonderful way for businesses to thank their customers.  “Locals and visitors alike have enjoyed the Park & Shop program for years, we’re excited to have the program expanded for all the boaters that frequent Annapolis,” says ABA President Sean O’Neill.

“It’s a great way for our retailers and restaurants to thank their customers.”

To keep things simple, the Dock & Shop program uses the same validation stickers used for Park & Shop. Each sticker is “worth” 1 hour of free parking at any of the 5 participating parking garages.  No more than 4 stickers may be redeemed at any one time.  Customers may request the stickers when they make purchases at any of these current Park & Shop participants:
