at 7:05 p.m. The event includes a two-hour buffet and three-hour open bar in the climate-controlled Diamond View restaurant.
Baysox Group Events Manager Jeff Gibbons is excited for this event. “Our pub-themed Beer Dinner in April was a big hit,” Gibbons said. “I think the menu for our Mardi Gras Beer Dinner looks even better and some of the special beers should be really interesting so this is an event fans won’t want to miss.”
Stadium gates open at 6 p.m. and food is served from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. The buffet includes Avery Island green potato salad, andouille & crawfish jambalaya, Cajun fried chicken, Louisiana swamp chili, shrimp & cheese grits, red beans & rice, cheesy baked cauliflower, BBQ muffin cups and king cake. Beer is served from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m., including Shock Top Wheat on draft, Starr Hill, Northern Lights, Red Hook Wit, Widmer Drifter Pale Ale and Goose Island Nut Brown.
