On Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at approximately 11:52 a.m., an indecent exposure was reported at Quiet Waters Park, 600 Quiet Waters Road, Annapolis.  Upon arrival, officers met with two women, 35 and 39 years old, who were walking on a trail in the park pushing a baby stroller when they noticed a man on a bicycle pass them twice.  After the man passed them the second time, they reported hearing someone running up behind them.  When the women turned around, they observed the same man who was previously on the bike, now walking behind them.  After the women turned back around, the man started running toward them again.  When they turned around a second time, the man was observed with his pants down, grabbing and exposing his genitals.  The women said the man asked them to, “Come over here…”.  The two women then ran from the area while the man ran in the opposite direction.

The man in this incident is described as an African American male, in his late teens or early 20’s, approximately 6’-00” tall, 175 pounds, wearing a burgundy hooded sweat shirt with the logo, “Hollister”, written on the front, and khaki colored pants.
