Pooches must be kept on leashes at all times at the stadium, but the team has taken strides to make all four-legged guests feel at home.  The Baysox provide water dishes around the stadium concourse and there are designated doggy-relief areas just outside the stadium.  There will be canine-related tables on the concourse featuring everything from veterinarians to pet grooming services and pooches will be featured on the video board throughout the game.

Baysox Director of Marketing Brandan Kaiser helped plan the event.  “I know that many of our fans enjoy spending time with their four-legged friends so we decided to designate special days where they could bring their dogs to a game,” Kaiser said. “Our mascot, Louie, loves dogs and I know he is excited to see them on Bark in the Park Day and during all of our upcoming Mutt Monday events.”
