Champion Realty announced today that Jennifer Novak, a 10-year veteran of the real estate business in Maryland, has joined Champion Realty in their Annapolis office at 711 Bestgate Road. She is a full-service agent focusing on residential clients in the Davidsonville area of Anne Arundel County.
“I joined Champion Realty because I want to give my clients the benefit of Champion’s innovative marketing plan,” Novak said. “Champion is climbing faster in market share than anyone in the part of Maryland where I do most of my business, and it is obvious why. Their marketing is amazing.”
Novak launched her career in real estate when she was 23. “I’ve always had a strong desire to help people, and this lets me help them in a very personal way,” she said. “I apply my knowledge to give clients peace of mind, so that buying or selling a home is a pleasant experience—not stressful.” Because Novak gained much of her real estate experience during a turbulent market, she became a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) so she could provide better solutions to homeowners facing hardships.
“Jennifer genuinely loves what she does, has great experience and is ready to take her business to the next level,” said Pat Savani, manager of the Champion Realty Annapolis office. “When you add Champion’s resources and marketing expertise, she has everything she needs to be successful.”
“Jennifer Novak is a perfect example of the type of experienced agent who is making the move to Champion,” said Jon Coile, CEO and president of Champion Realty. “She is serious about this business and wants to do an outstanding job for her clients, but at the same time she is a happy person who wants to enjoy her professional life. We have a great system here that enables professionals like Jennifer to have a sustainable work–life balance, allowing her to focus on the things that matter to her and her family and also the families she helps. I am very glad to have her with us.”
Novak lives in Davidsonville with her husband and three daughters—along with two dogs: a labradoodle and a bichon frise. She can be reached at the Champion Annapolis office at 410-224-0600 or at [email protected]
