Champion Realty has announced that Jeff Ross has joined Champion Realty as an associate broker in their Annapolis office at 711 Bestgate Road. As a law graduate, owner of a commercial real estate company and successful residential agent, Ross’s unique skill set meets the needs of buyers, sellers and investors.

“Having worked in government contracting and corporate sales, I have developed strong negotiation skills that are invaluable to my real estate practice,” Ross said. He enjoys the process of negotiating the best financial terms possible for his clients but also likes helping people through the emotional aspects of buying or selling a home. A “people person” at heart, Ross earned a degree in psychology before attending law school.

Ross is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS), member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, trained mediator and former mortgage loan officer. He decided to join Champion Realty because of its strong local presence and established roots in Anne Arundel County, as well as its role as a partner of HomeServices of America, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate. “It’s good to be backed by a company on sound financial ground. After all, Warren Buffet didn’t become a billionaire by buying unprofitable businesses,” Ross said. “The level of support Champion provides its agents is amazing,” Ross added. “They’ve done everything possible to get me up and running as quickly as possible to maintain my sales momentum.”

“Jeff was extremely successful in the commercial arena and has the skills to help anyone, whether a first-time home buyer, a high-end property owner, an investor or a commercial client,” said Pat Savani, manager of Champion Realty’s Annapolis office. “This is a great time to invest in residential real estate because of low prices, low interest rates and strong demand for rentals. Backed by Champion’s marketing expertise, Jeff has what it takes to pull all the pieces together and really help folks buy the right properties for them.”

“Jeff is an extremely bright guy, and he has accurately seen the shift that is happening for real estate investors today,” said Jon Coile, CEO and president of Champion Realty. “Everything has a season, and residential investment property is in season now. Champion has a great program to help our investors. Jeff wanted to harness the power of our mortgage company, our title company, our property management division and our Champion Residential Investment System (CRIS©) to help his many clients. With his legal and business background, he is an awesome addition to our team.”

Jeff Ross can be reached for all your real estate needs at the Champion Annapolis office at 410-224-0600, on his cell at 301-538-5624 or at JeffRoss@ChampionRealty.com.
