2 Alarm Fire In Riva Farms Destroys Home

| March 14, 2012 | 0 Comments

A 2-alarm fire ripped through a home on the 400 block of Porpoise Lane in the Riva Farms neighborhood last night around 10:30pm.  Upon arrival, crews found the home well involved. Before bringing it under control, the fire had destroyed one home and caused significant damage to one next door.

At this time it appears that all residents were able to safely escape and there were no injuries. There was not estimate of damage given, however the one home appears to be a total loss.

Firefighters from Annapolis City and the Naval Academy also responded.
