Man Gets 30 Years For Pizza Store Stabbing. A man who pleaded guilty to fatally stabbing a pizza delivery driver has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.Tavon Rudolph Brown, 20, of no fixed address, was sentenced Monday. The Capital of Annapolis reported that he had pleaded guilty in October to second-degree murder in the killing of Ghulam Farooq, 46, of Woodlawn.

No Charges Filed In Broadneck Beating. Anne Arundel County officials said no charges will be filed in a fight that severely injured an 18-year-old on Friday.The teen, who hasn’t been identified, was flown to Shock Trauma after police said he got into fight with a 15-year-old friend Friday afternoon near Broadneck High School just after the school dismissed students.

Martin O’Malley used his sixth annual State of the State speech to urge lawmakers to make investments in the future to spur job growth.”The most important job we create is the next one. This is why everyone is needed. This is why I am asking everyone to do more,” O’Malley said.
