Spalding Teen Stabbed In Pasadena Home Invasion

UPDATE 01:05pm 01/12/2012:  We spoke with the Anne Arundel County Police for an update on this story and were told that detectives are still investigating the possible assault. The incident was reported at 3:12 p.m. yesterday in the 300 block of Rayford Drive in Pasadena. A 16-year-old female reported being assaulted in the residence by an unknown male suspect. She had some lacerations and a minor stab wound and was transported to Trauma for precautionary measures. At this time, detectives are still attempting to verify the details of the incident as they were reported.

UPDATE 08:01pm 01/11/12: The victim, a 16-year old 11th grader at Archbishop Spalding, was transported to Shock-Trauma and is in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries. Eye On Annapolis is withholding the name of the victim.

A teenager was stabbed Wednesday afternoon in Anne Arundel County , police and fire officials told WBAL-TV 11 News.

SkyTeam 11 reported from over the 300 block of Rayford Drive in Pasadena, where police and fire crews were called at about 3:20 p.m. for an assault.

Police said officers are investigating an assault of a 16-year-old girl, who, according to fire officials, suffered stab wounds to her stomach and legs.

Currently, police are searching all vehicles entering and leaving the area for suspects.
