Six Flags America Hiring For 2012 Season

Six Flags America, Maryland’s premier destination for thrills for all ages, seeks enthusiastic, outgoing, and responsible team players to fill more than 2,000 local seasonal jobs during the 2012 operating season. Online applications are available now at sixflagsjobs.com. On-site interviews will begin by appointment on Monday, January 30.

Opportunities are available for weekday and weekend work in all departments, including Rides, Foods, Games, Retail, Entertainment, Aquatics, Warehouse, Marketing, Maintenance, Security, and Admissions. Seasonal positions begin with training in mid March and may last through Fright Fest in October, with the greatest number of jobs available during the summer months. Supervisor and lead positions are also available for qualified individuals, as are paid internships for college students pursuing such fields of study as marketing, public relations, maintenance, business management, human resources, and hospitality.

Candidates interested in pursuing a seasonal position should visit the Six Flags job site (sixflagsjobs.com) to review open positions and criteria and fill out the application online.  After an application review, fitting candidates will be notified to participate in a live interview at the park. Candidates must be at least 16 years of age to work at Six Flags America this season.
