Community Support Groups Handbook Available Now

The Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities has revised and updated a booklet on “Community Support Groups.”

The booklet contained information on groups designed for caregiving, Alzheimer’s disease, bereavement for adults and children, diabetes, brain injury, cancer, stroke, cardiac, pulmonary, Parkinson’s, and bowel and urinary diversions.

The free booklet is available at the Department, National Family Caregiver Support Program, 2666 Riva Road, Fourth Floor, Annapolis, MD 21401. It is available also at www.aacounty.org/Aging/Resources/Community_Support_Groups.pdf
