Jogger Fends Off 3 Dogs, Handler Flees Scene. A man jogging through a park suffered serious bite wounds after he was attacked by three American bulldog mixed breeds, said Anne Arundel County officials.The three dogs attacked the jogger inside of Davidsonville Park in the 3100 block of Patuxent River Road Monday at about 1:30 p.m.Police believe the dogs were held on retractable leashes before the attack.

Arundel High School Student Sexually Assaulted In Bathroom. A teen sex assault investigation involves two students of Arundel High School, police said.County police said the Board of Education received an anonymous call that prompted officers to visit a female student at her house in Crofton on Monday afternoon.The student told authorities that a male student sexually assaulted her inside a school bathroom. Police said the students know each other.

1 Dead, 1 Injured In Two Anne Arundel County CrashesAnne Arundel County police are investigating two bad crashes, one of which was fatal.Police were called at about 7:15 p.m. Monday to Route 100 near Route 97 North in Glen Burnie for a three-vehicle crash.Police said a BMW driven by Adam Covington, 25, of Springfield, Va., cut several other vehicles off as it merged into a lane on Route 100, hitting a truck and then a car, which went off the roadway and overturned.The person in that car, identified as John Cornelius, 66, of Fort Washington, was taken to Shock Trauma, where he later died.

Video Of Student-Teacher Altercation Goes Viral. A cellphone video of a confrontation that took place at a special education school in Baltimore County in September has gone viral on YouTube.In the video, a student and a teacher are arguing outside the Youth in Transition School, run by the National Center on Institutions and Alternatives. The private school is described on the website as a special education school, focusing on students with autism and emotional and intellectual disabilities.”If you ever want to get real, you let me know. I can meet you. I know where you stay. I’ll be there,” the teacher was telling the student in the video. “Let me end it for you. You don’t want to go to school, I will make sure you don’t go to school anymore.”
