Emergency crews from Annapolis Fire Department are on the scene of a pedestrian struck at the intersection of Rowe Boulevard and Taylor Avenue. The 20 year old male has life threatening injuries and a helicopter from the Maryland State Police is en-route. Unconfirmed reports from the scene indicate the pedestrian may have been in a wheelchair.
