Candidates should submit the following information:

  1. Copy of IRS 501(c)3 letter of determination for non-profit status.
  2.  List of current Board of Directors with titles.
  3.  A statement of the nature of the organization and the intended use of funds from the Black Tie and Diamonds gala (5 pg limit).
  4. A Specific strategy on how the candidate organization will partner with the Rotary Club of Annapolis to sell tickets, raise funds, contribute to the pre-planning implementation, and clean-up.

Proposed packets can be sent to Rotary Club of Annapolis, Attn: Elaine Shanley, President-Elect, P.O. Box 603, Annapolis, MD 21404, or e-mailed to [email protected] and must be received by Nov. 30.  For information, call Elaine Shanley at 410-353-2256 or e-mail questions as above.
