HGTV Star To Present Seminars At Home Show

HGTV Design Star Judge Vern Yip will be presenting two interior design seminars on Saturday September 24 at the Annapolis Home Show at the Expo Hall at the National Guard Armory in Annapolis.  Mr. Yip will walk audiences through his design process with tips and ideas that they can use on their homes.  His seminars will run at 12 noon and 3PM. 

Mr. Yip grew up in McLean, VA and attended the University of Virginia before heading to Georgia Tech to obtain his masters degree in architecture. He was part of the hit TV show TRADING SPACES and is currently a judge on the HGTV show Design Star, and a much sought after interior designer.

The Expo will run on Saturday Sept. 24 from 10AM-6PM and Sunday Sept. 25 from 11AM-5PM and will showcase products and services to help homeowners get the most out of their most important investment- their home. Displays including kitchen and bath design, design and build contractors, windows and doors, tile, decking, countertops, home energy systems, heating and air conditioning, window treatment, waterproofing and more will be featured.  The show will also feature green certified companies that can help homeowners improve the efficiency and affordability of operating their home.

The Show will feature a Community Shred on Saturday September 24  from 10AM-12 noon.   Guests are invited to bring up to three legal sized boxes of residential documents for shredding, free of charge, and will receive one complimentary ticket.
