Everything Local Dinner Cruise

Dinner Party Cruise, Sunday, August 14 6:30-9:00

 “Everything Local”: While sailing around the Chesapeake Bay, Chef Amy Daniels from Palate Pleaser will lead you through an amazing dinner featuring everything local. She will lead discussions about what to look for when buying or growing local, where to find great, local food, preparation techniques and recipes for everything we will enjoy. Regionally themed mixed drinks, beer and wine will accompany the delicious food.

A representative from Black Ankle Winery and Sloop Betty Vodka will also be aboard to discuss how they produce their local liquid libation. Depart Annapolis at 6:30 pm, return to the dock at 9:00pm. Includes dinner, 3 drink vouchers, soda and water. $99 per person, maximum 35 guests. Tickets can be purchased online here.

Bison Carparccio w/ corn and vidalia onion chutney
Chesapeake Crab Louis (Crab Salad with gentle pink sauce)

Dinner:
Chicken, Peach, Couscous Salad with tumeric dressing
Layered Rockfish Asparagus Chervil Torta w/ leek coulis
Rocket Salad w/ shaved beets, local goat cheese and red wine reduction drizzle
Fire and Ice Watermelon Jalapeno Salad w/ mint

Dessert:
Strawberry Goat Cheese Basil Cheesecakes

Local Microbrewed Beers from Heavy Seas and Flying Dog Breweries
Local Vodka Distiller, Sloop Betty, showcased by a Cucmber Basil Lime Vodka
