Crash Kills Three In Prince George County. The Prince George’s County Police Department said alcohol may have been a factor in a fatal early-morning crash Sunday in Oxen Hill.The wreck occurred at about 3:15 a.m. Sunday on Indian Head Highway, south of Wilson Bridge Drive.A gray 2006 Mazda 3 was traveling northbound when it was struck by a black GMC Yukon, also traveling northbound, that failed to reduce its speed. The collision caused the Mazda to fly off the road and strike a tree, according to police.

Friends, Family Say Final Farewell To Sean Johnson. Hundreds gathered to say a final farewell to a Baltimore City boy who was fatally shot during a quadruple shooting.Sean Johnson and three friends were shot in May while sitting on a porch in northeast Baltimore.The shooting occurred in the 1700 block of Cliftview Avenue in northeast Baltimore.Johnson, who was shot in the chest, died two days later.Police have not made any arrests in the case.

Man Stabs Employee At Harford County Kentucky Fried Chicken. The Harford County Sheriff’s Office said an employee of a fast-food restaurant in Edgewood was stabbed by an armed assailant during a robbery attempt.The Sheriff’s Office was called shortly after 10:30 p.m. Saturday to the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in the 2000 block of Pulaski Highway, where two men had forced their way inside as employees were cleaning up.One man was armed with a handgun and the other had a knife.During the robbery attempt, a female employee was stabbed. The intruders then fled the restaurant on foot without obtaining any cash, deputies said.

Baltimore City’s Mayoral Race Shaping Up. The list of candidates in the race for Baltimore mayor will grow by one Monday.That is when state Sen. Catherine Pugh, a former city councilwoman, is expected to officially announce her intention to run for the office currently held by Stephanie Rawlings-Blake.I-Team reporter David Collins said Friday that as many as eight people are interested in the job and that the list may grow by July 5. He reported that political analysts agree it’s Rawlings-Blake’s race to lose.
