Littlest Angels Help NICU At AAMC

| June 1, 2011 | 1 Comment

Remember the Littlest Angels fundraiser a few months ago? You nominated an infant for a calendar and then solicit votes (that cost) to choose a winner. All proceeds went to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Anne Arundel Medical Center. Well, the community came through and how with a record smashing $20,000 contribution!

Linda McCarthy of Visual Concepts Photography presented a check for $20,000 to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Unit at Anne Arundel Medical Center (AAMC).  Each year, McCarthy photographs local babies (36 months and under) for her annual “Little Angels” calendar, with proceeds benefitting AAMC’s NICU and Pediatric Unit. Over the past four years, sales of the calendar have raised over $60,000 for AAMC’s littlest patients.

Pre-sales for the 2012 calendar start on June 1.  The presale price is $12.99 (shipping and handling is included). Orders can be placed through www.visualconceptsltd.com or (410) 626.7474.
