Fatal Motorcycle Accident In Annapolis

Annapolis police are investigating a double fatal accident along King George Street between College Avenue and MD 450. The road remains closed at this time and the workaround is to use Taylor Avenue and Rowe Boulevard.  Details are limited, but the Annapolis Police Department released the following information this morning:

The Annapolis Police Department is currently on scene of a fatal accident on King George St near Rt. 450 Annapolis, MD that occurred at approximately 1:08 a.m. involving a motorcycle. The male driver and female passenger suffered fatal injuries. The investigation is currently on going. Identification of the victim’s has not yet been determined. King George St is closed from College Ave. to Rt. 450 for the next several hours during the investigation.
