Crofton Stabbing Update

Anne Arundel County Police have charged the father in yesterday’s stabbing with attempted murder.  All of the victims as well as the suspect have been upgraded to fair condition and remain in Baltimore Shock-Trauma. The following statement was just released from the police department:

On June 16, 2011, detectives from the Homicide Unit obtained an arrest warrant charging the suspect, Julio Cesar Esquetini, 49, of 1615 Forest Hill Court in Crofton, Maryland, with Attempted Second Degree Murder, First Degree Assault, Second Degree Assault and several related charges. The suspect is currently under police guard at Shock Trauma in Baltimore and no booking photo is available at this time. The suspect and the three victims are currently in fair condition at Shock Trauma.
