Downed power lines in Pasadena are clogging up traffic for the Monday morning commute, and the problem has closed five area schools.Westbound Mountain Road at Long Point Road has been closed due to the downed utility pole.WBAL-TV 11 News traffic reporter Sarah Caldwell said traffic is alternating in the eastbound lanes as Baltimore Gas and Electric crews try to repair the power lines.
