4 Stabbings Across County On Easter Sunday

There were four separate stabbing incidents scattered across the county on Easter Sunday. From a police report just released:

STABBING         MILLERSVILLE

On April 24, 2011 at approximately 12:20 a.m., officers responded to the 400-block Old Mill Road in Millersville for a reported stabbing.  Officers learned that a 32 year-old male had been stabbed in the torso after a confrontation with three black males.

The victim was transported to Shock Trauma with non-life threatening injuries.  The area was searched, but the suspects were not located.

Suspects #1:  black male, wearing dark clothing.
Suspects #2:  black male, wearing dark clothing.
Suspects #3:  black male, wearing dark clothing.

ATTEMTPED ROBBERY/STABBING     GLEN BURNIE

On April 24, 2011 officers responded to the Baltimore-Washington Medical Center for a reported stabbing.  Officers learned that at approximately 11:15 p.m., a 35 year-old male had been walking in the 7800-block of Parke West Drive in Glen Burnie when he was accosted by three black males.

The victim warded off the attack by knocking two of the suspects to the ground, but the third stabbed him in the torso.  The suspects then fled on foot.  The victim, who sustained non-life threatening injuries to his hands and torso, walked to the hospital for treatment and was later released.  Nothing was taken during the robbery attempt.

Suspect #1: Black male, early 20’s, 5’9”-5’10”, thin beard, short dreadlocks, wearing a lime green shirt and green/black shoes.

STABBING         GLEN BURNIE

On April 24, 2011 officers responded to 109 Queen Anne Road in Glen Burnie to investigate a reported domestic assault.  Officers found a male suffering from a stab wound to the leg.  He was transported to Shock Trauma with non-life threatening injuries.

Brittany Kelly was identified as the suspect and arrested a short distance away.  During the arrest, Kelly assaulted the arresting officer, but caused no injury.  She is charged with first degree assault, second degree assault, reckless endangerment, assault on a law officer and resisting arrest.

    Arrested: Brittany Marie Kelly, white female, 22 years of age, 8428 Arbutus Road, Pasadena.

STABBING         LINTHICUM

On April 24, 2011 at approximately 2:40 a.m., officers responded to a reported stabbing at the Marriott Hotel located at 1743 Nursery Road in Linthicum.  Officers spoke to the hotel’s security guard who witnessed an argument between two males in one of the rooms.  One of the males, Timothy Lewis Hall, brandished a knife during the altercation.  A 28 year-old male was injured in the hand when he attempted to disarm Hall.  He was treated and released from Harbor Hospital.  The hotel security guard was also injured when he tried to separate the two males.  He was treated and released from the Baltimore-Washington Medical Center for a laceration to the back of the neck.

Hall was arrested and taken to the hospital where he too was treated for a hand injury. Upon his release he was charged with two counts each of first degree assault, second degree assault, and reckless endangerment.

    Arrested: Timothy Lewis Hall, black, male, 29 years of age, 10223 Brighton Ridge Way in Columbia

STABBING         GLEN BURNIE

On April 24, 2011 officers responded to the 200-block of Woodhill Drive in Glen Burnie for a reported stabbing.  Officers discovered a 21 year-old Hispanic male with a laceration to the jaw.

Officers determined the victim and another Hispanic male had been involved in a physical altercation and that the suspect went to a nearby apartment and retrieved an unknown object.  A second altercation ensued where the victim sustained the laceration.  The victim was taken to Shock Trauma.  He was treated and released.

The suspect fled the scene on foot.  The Northern District Detective Unit is investigating and is seeking a Hispanic male, 20-25 years of age, wearing a black and white shirt.  Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Northern District Unit at 410-222-6135 or CRIME STOPPERS (below) to remain anonymous.
