Upon arrival, officers spoke with the 23-year-old male victim from Snow Hill, Maryland, who was suffering from apparent gunshot wound(s) to the upper torso. Through further investigation, it was learned that the shooting actually took place several minutes earlier in the parking lot of the Marley Station Mall located in the 7900 block of Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie.
