Chesapeake Bay Blues Festival Announces 2011 Lineup

The 2011 Chesapeake Bay Blues Festival has released the lineup for Saturday May 21st. Chris Isaak will headline Saturday night with support from legendary British blues musician John Mayall. Also appearing Saturday are:
  • Dana Fuchs
  • The Lee Boys
  • Mac Arnold and Plate Full ‘O Blues
  • The Chesapeake Bay Blues Band
Headlining on Sunday May 22nd, will be Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Little Feat.  Little Feat performed at the inaugural festival in 1998 and Kenny Wayne Sheppard performed an unforgettable set in 2002 with Double Trouble.
  • Ray Manzarek and Roy Rogers
  • Ronnie Baker Brooks
  • Daryl Davis Band with special guests
This is the 10th year for the Blues Festival which has gained national notoriety as one of the premier Blues Festivals in the world. Outside of providing top caliber entertainment, the festival also gives ALL net proceeds to charity.This year the recipient charities will be: Special Olympics of Maryland, John Hopkins Cleft and Cranial Facial Children’s CAMP FACE, We Care and Friends, which is an organization providing a wide variety of services to the needy of Annapolis, and Camp Fantastic, a camp for children with cancer which is operated by Special Love, Inc.
