Tenant Kills Landlord In Pasadena

Tennant kills landlord
Neal Jesse Manning, 40, of 7791 Outing Avenue in Pasadena, Maryland, accused of killing his landlord.

On January 4, 2011, shortly after midnight, Anne Arundel County Police responded a residence in the 7700 block of Outing Avenue in Pasadena for a reported shooting. The suspect called 911 to report that he had shot his landlord.

Upon arrival, officers located Harry Allan Wagner, 57, of 7791 Outing Avenue in Pasadena, Maryland, deceased inside of the residence from apparent gunshot wound(s).The suspect, Neal Jesse Manning, 40, of 7791 Outing Avenue in Pasadena, Maryland, was on scene and surrendered to officers.

The scene was secured and detectives from the Homicide Unit responded to assume responsibility for the investigation. Detectives have obtained a search warrant for the residence and are conducting interviews. Based on the investigation, the aforementioned suspect was interviewed and subsequently charged with First Degree Murder and related charges. The motive remains under investigation.
