Music Director, J. Ernest Green prepares to auction off a bicycle to benefit the Annapolis Chorale

What beats the post-holiday blues?  A great party!  And that’s just what the Annapolis Chorale and Music Director J. Ernest Green have planned for the group’s annual gala celebration at the Loews Annapolis Hotel on Saturday, January 22, at 6:30 p.m.  The evening includes three stages full of music from Mr. Green and guest artists, including The Erik Apland Trio and favorite guest artists from recent Chorale performances, a live auction with MC J. Ernest Green, raffles and more.  This year’s event opens in the Loews Atrium with an open bar at 6:30 p.m. followed by a gourmet dinner prepared by the Loews’ award-winning chefs.  Among the items to be auctioned by Mr. Green are a special “Maestro for a Night” package that includes the chance to conduct the Annapolis Chorale and Chamber Orchestra, a appearance in one of Live Arts Maryland’s Broadway production and an on-stage catered dinner with the cast and much more.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Annapolis Chorale and the other performing ensembles and presented concerts of Live Arts Maryland.
