Leopold Sworn In For Second Term

Republican John R Leopold was sworn in this morning for his second term as County Executive for Anne Arundel County. The event was held at the Pasadena Senior Center.  Leopold was able to hold off challenger Joanna Conti to retain his office for a second term. County Council members will be sworn in later this afternoon.
