On October 18, 2010, at approximately 2:49 a.m., officers from the Northern District responded to the 7-Eleven store located in the 1600 block of West Furnace Branch Road in Glen Burnie for a report of an armed robbery.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with the 31-year-old male clerk, who stated that an unknown male suspect entered the store holding a large metal chain. The suspect went behind the counter and demanded money from the cash register. The clerk complied with the demands and turned over an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect fled on foot westbound to a nearby parking lot, where he fled in a pickup truck northbound on Route 648. Several officers canvassed the area, but were unable to locate the suspect.

Suspect: White male in his early 20’s with a thin build, short brown hair, a thin beard/mustache, a tattoo on right side of his neck, wearing a blue, hooded sweatshirt, a yellow poncho/raingear and blue jeans
