Fans Eagerly Line Up For Justin Bieber. Justin Bieber fever took over the Maryland State Fair on Sunday.The teen heart throb performed Sunday night on the Timonium Fairgrounds.Tickets to his show sold out in 18 minutes.But Jacquelyn Sutt is one lucky lady, thanks to WBAL-TV. She won tickets to the concert and a pass to meet the star.Thousands of fans braved long lines to see the show and help wrap up the State Fair.

Voters Line Up For Early VotingEarly voting is under way for the first time in Maryland, and it marks the first time state voters have more than one day to cast their ballots.Voters can now cast their ballots up until the Sept. 14 primary election.”It gives them an opportunity if, on Election Day, they’re not up to coming out, now they have those six days. I just encourage them to come out and exercise their right to vote,” said Armstead Jones of the Baltimore Board of Elections.

Report: Baltimore, Washington Drivers Worst In US. A new report said the nation’s capital has the worst drivers in the country, followed by Baltimore.According to Allstate’s Best Drivers Report, Washington came in last, for the third year in a row. D.C. drivers get into a collision on an average of about once every five years, and have a 95.5 percent higher chance of being in an accident than the average American motorist.The report listed Baltimore as the second-worst city for drivers, for the second consecutive year. Its drivers are in a crash about every five and a half years and have a 79.4 percent higher chance of being in an accident.

Arrest Made In Brooklyn Park Shooting. Anne Arundel County police have made an arrest in an August homicide.Officers said Marcus McFadden, 17, was arrested on Thursday at about 7 a.m. in the 100 block of Marbourne Avenue in Baltimore.McFadden faces charges of first-degree murder and armed robbery in the Aug. 13 shooting death of Eric Javonn Hill, 30.
