FBI Seeks Suspect In String Of 38 Restaurant Robberies.  The FBI Baltimore field office said law enforcement agencies are searching for a man suspected of robbing dozens of restaurants in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and northern Virginia. The FBI said since February 2009, there have been 38 armed robberies of restaurants in the region.Restaurants have been hit in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Harford, Howard and Montgomery counties in Maryland, as well as in Newark, Del.; York, Pa.; and Fairfax and Prince William counties in Virginia. Authorities said the man has displayed a gun in all the robberies and is considered armed and dangerous.

Police Lose Woman’s Car After Obama Speech.  Martena Clinton was driven mad by her experience at the Congressional Black Caucus dinner in Washington, but it wasn’t President Barack Obama’s speech that had her fuming.Instead, it was an ordeal with her car.Clinton, 64, of Randallsville, Md., parked her car, a black 1994 Lexus, before going to the dinner Saturday. When she came out, it was gone.Police told her the Secret Service probably ordered the car removed from the area as a security precaution. Police searched for the car for two hours Saturday night but couldn’t find the vehicle. Clinton spent the night in the hotel.

Ravens’ Lewis Critical Of Officiating After Loss. Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis didn’t hide his feelings about officiating and the treatment of quarterbacks after Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals. During the Ravens’ 15-10 loss, Lewis got a penalty for tripping after he rolled into Bengals QB Carson Palmer for a sack. Terrell Suggs was called for roughing the passer when he wrapped his arms around Palmer on another attempt at a sack and drove him backward for the tackle as Palmer got rid of the ball.

Man Found Guilty For Role In Gas Station Owner’s Killing. The first person to go to trial in the planned killing of a Towson gas station owner was found guilty by a jury on Monday.Seamus Coyle is one of six people charged with planning and carrying out the killing of William Ray Porter, who was shot and killed in March at his Hess gas station in the 1600 block of Joppa Road. He died the next day at Shock Trauma.
