Missing Child In Annapolis FOUND!

UPDATE: 3:57pm September 2, 2010.   Earlier today, APD released a broadcast for a missing 10 year child. The child was just located and is safe. This incident did not involve any criminal activity.

The Annapolis Police Department is attempting to locate a missing 10 year old boy.  Esbin Avelar was last seen outside of Tyler Heights Elementary School, located at 200 Janwal Street, this morning at 7:30 a.m.

Esbin Avelar is described as a Hispanic male, 4’6” tall with an average build. He was last seen wearing a school uniform which consists of a blue short sleeve shirt and tan shorts. He was also carrying a backpack. Avelar does not have any significant medical condition or learning disability.

As soon as a picture is obtained it will be distributed.
