County Closings For Labor Day Holiday

Citizens should consult the County’s schedule of services for the Labor Day Weekend, as some offices will be open and others will be closed for the holiday and service reduction days.  The full schedule is posted at www.aacounty.org

Friday, September 3:

●       County offices are closed, including Finance and Utilities customer service.  The 24-hour Emergency Services number is 410-222-8400, or 410-451-4118 for South County residents.
●       Landfill and Convenience Centers are closed.
●       Normal curbside collection of trash and recycling schedules are in effect.
●       Library Branches are open on regular schedules.
●       Senior Centers are closed.
●       County regional parks are open.
●       Permit Application Centers in Annapolis and Glen Burnie are closed.

Saturday, September 4:

●       County offices are closed, including Finance and Utilities customer service.  The 24-hour Emergency Services number is 410-222-8400, or 410-451-4118 for South County residents.
●       There will be no curbside collection of trash.  All Waste Management Facilities will be open normal hours.
●       Libraries will operate on normal schedules.
●       Senior Centers are closed.
●       County regional parks are open.
●       Permit Application Centers in Annapolis and Glen Burnie are closed.

Sunday, September 5:

●       County offices are closed, including Finance and Utilities customer service.  The 24-hour Emergency Services number is 410-222-8400, or 410-451-4118 for South County residents.

●       Landfill and Convenience Centers are closed.  Curbside collection will not occur.
●       Libraries are closed.
●       Senior centers are closed.
●       County Regional Parks are open.
●       Permit Application Centers in Annapolis and Glen Burnie are closed.
●       Curbside collections normally scheduled for Monday will occur on Tuesday, September 7, and collections normally scheduled for Tuesday will occur on Wednesday, September 8.  Normal schedules will resume on Thursday, September 9.

Tuesday, September 7:

●       The Glen Burnie Permit Application Center is closed.
