Erxleben Suspended Till September 20th

Without commenting on the incident or any details of the investigation, the County schools have told us that Coach Erxleben will remain suspended until September 20, 2010.

From Anne Arundel County Public School’s spokesman,Bob Mosier:

Coach Erxleben’s suspension will remain in effect until Monday, September 20. I can’t talk about specifics of the investigation. I will say, as a factual matter, that the incident in question happened on Aug. 16, not Aug. 14 as you have reported previously. Under the suspension, Mr. Erxleben cannot have any football-related communication with players or coaches, and cannot attend practices.
