Not true. Wish you had spoken to the organizers for clarification. Vendors were required to have insurance, per the Fairgrounds, which many local vendors did not....or they were already booked for the day given the short time period in which the festival was put together.  

Annapalooza, Inc. was so committed to the booths being filled by artisans, we turned down local political parties, retailers, and organizations that could have filled the spaces left.</description>
