Serious Accident In Annapolis

There was a serious accident early this morning shortly before 2:00am at Hilltop Lane and Gemini Drive which sent 4 people to the hospital. The accident occurred when a vehicle  rolled down a 20 foot embankment trapping the four occupants.

Three people were trapped in the vehicle. The rescue efforts were complicated with live wires laying on top of the vehicle. Three helicopters from the Maryland State Police were dispatched and three patients were flown to Shock Trauma with life threatening injuries.

    This is the only reporting, besides one photo in the Capital, on the accident early Sunday morning August 8 on Hilltop Lane. Unless I missed it, it would seem that more details should now be available. The accident sheared off a utility pole and led to “life-threatening injuries.” What’s the rest of the story? Mysterious.
