He seems all over the board in seeking solutions to the death of Annapolis. It is my well supported opinion that Cohen is incapable of comprehensive analysis of complex issues. He has a track record of starts and stops including failure at St John's, a unfinished Master's program, abandonment of several Political Positions. He has reached his level of incompetence and should be removed from office or strongly challenged by the council to further expose his incompetence. Despite Pierre's unfortunate personal financial dealings she had the depth and experience necessary --and she was the chosen one. I am a strong critic of Josh.
