A Break For Students

5 Snow Days To Be Forgiven

The State Department of Education has decided to forgive up to five snow days to school districts across Maryland. However, there are some strings attached. Each district must submit a revised school calendar to the State and the ultimate decision of exactly how many days will be allowed is up to State Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Nancy Grasmick.

We are currently waiting on a response from Anne Arundel County Schools to get the details of their revised calendar and their thoughts on exactly how many days might be forgiven.
