Ravens Beat Oakland, Clinch Wildcard. Willis McGahee pushed aside the last obstacle standing between the Baltimore Ravens and another playoff bid. McGahee ran for a career-high 167 yards and three touchdowns, including a 77-yarder that included a vicious stiff-arm, and the Ravens clinched an AFC wild-card berth by beating the Oakland Raiders 21-13 on Sunday.

2-Year Old Critically Hurt In Glen Burnie Fire.  A 2-year-old is fighting to survive after a fire in Glen Burnie.Dispatchers said the fire broke out at about 10:30 a.m. Sunday at a home in the 100 block of Warwickshire Lane.Firefighters said a burning pot of food on a stove caused the fire.Four people were injured, medics said. The 2-year-old was taken to Hopkins Pediatrics with life-threatening injuries.

Woman Dead In Glen Burnie Homicide.  Police are investigating a homicide that appears to be the result of a domestic incident.Baltimore County police said they contacted Anne Arundel County Police at about 1:51 p.m. Friday for help investigating a possible homicide.Investigators said they had received a call from a man in the Towson area saying that his cousin had committed a homicide.

Funeral Held For Sarah Foxwell. Family and friends gathered Saturday to remember an 11-year-old girl whose body was found Christmas Day.Sarah Haley Foxwell was abducted from her home. Her body was found Christmas morning, in a wooded area near the Delaware state line.Investigators believe she was abducted by her aunt’s former boyfriend, a registered sex offender.Thirty-year-old Thomas Leggs, Jr. has been charged with kidnapping and burglary.Foxwell’s funeral was held Saturday at Emmanuel Wesleyan church in Salisbury.
