Anne Arundel Police Locate Suspects

From an Anne Arundel County Police Department notification:

The Anne Arundel County Police Department Traffic Safety Section has located the suspect, Thomas Leonard Judge, 21, of 3153 Catrina Lane in Annapolis along with the suspect vehicle, a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado. Additionally, Jason Ruegg, 21, of 3519 Saratoga Avenue in Annapolis and John Deleonibus, 21, of of 735 Intrepid Way in Davidsonville have been identified as passengers. The investigation is still ongoing at this time and charges are pending a review of the case by the Anne Arundel County State’s Attorney’s Office. The Anne Arundel County Police Department would like to thank the public for their help in this incident.
