		<description>Dug my car out from King George Street to move it to the State lot off Calvert. Got there. Car was blocking the entrance. Not sure what the deal is, but I ended up on Main Street (yes, yes, for two hours) in the mean time until I can get into a lot somewhere.

Are the City lots free too?</description>
