Anne Arundel Police Nab Another One

Last night at approximately 11:00pm, Anne Arundel County Police received a call for a domestic dispute at the Wawa on Veterans Highway in Millersville.

Witnesses said a male and female were arguing and that the male  forced the woman into a car and left the scene.  Witnesses also stated there was an infant in the vehicle.

After an alert was broadcast, police stopped the vehicle on East West Boulevard.  As officers approached the vehicle, a female was heard screaming inside and the male was observed throwing the 7-month-old infant into the back of the vehicle. The suspect then suddenly sped off.

After speeding down East West Boulevard and struck a curb. The man, then fled on foot from the scene of the accident, but was quickly apprehended by officers.

The suspect, identified as Charles Anthony Beall, 20, of no fixed address, was charged with Kidnapping, Abduction, 2nd Degree Assault, Reckless Endangerment (2 counts), Resisting Arrest and numerous traffic violations.
