You may not have noticed it, but there is a new option up at the top of the page. Currently it is called “regional voices” but our readers can come up with something better.

But first, let’s explain what it is. We have partnered with a company that aggregates all sorts of news, calendar, and information and will feed it to us by location. Click on the page link and you will see a map of the area (Anne Arundel County) and below it links and summaries of local stories. Need to be more specific? There is a drop down menu so you can see if there are any stories specific to your neighborhood.  Pretty cool, huh?

othervoicesWe already have our “Other Voices” on the right side of the page which is a hand picked list of local blogs and site we feel are worth visiting often.  But the new page is different.

What do our readers think? Please leave a comment below for a good title for this new feature.  And of course, if you have any comments for improvement, we are all ears!
