Towson Fortune 500 Company To Move To CTBlack&Decker_LogoColor

The Baltimore Sun is reporting that Stanley Works of New Britain, CT has acquired the Towson firm for $4.5 Billion Dollars.

Black & Decker is one of three Fortune 500 companies in the Baltimore area and no doubt this will have a large and lasting impact on the local economy as the headquarters employs 1,200 in Baltimore County alone.
