Repair, Cleanup Efforts Continue In Dundalk. Baltimore City Public Works crews continued to work Monday in Dundalk, where a 72-inch water main broke Friday afternoon and flooded homes.

Pedestrian Hit, Killed By Vehicle. Baltimore County police said a pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle Monday morning in Dundalk.It happened in the eastbound lanes of Eastern Boulevard near North Point Road. Police said the victim, a man, was hit at about 4 a.m.

State Studies Proposals To Ease I-270 Congestion. More than 200,000 vehicles drive the busiest stretch of Interstate 270 every day, leading to notorious congestion that regional leaders disagree about how to solve.I-270, a key corridor from Pennsylvania to Washington, was listed among the five most congested corridors in a recent National Capital Region Transportation Planning Board report.

City Furlough Plan Discussed This Week. City workers could be forced to take some unwanted days off.This week, the Baltimore Board of Estimates will be asked to approve a plan that includes shutting down city government.
