Annapolis Police Department Needs Help

On August 24th between 1:15pm and 5:00pm, the male suspect pictured below entered an office at 115 West Street and stole a purse.

Credit cards belonging to the victim were subsequently used in Laurel to purchase  $1700 worth of merchandise (including a 32” Phillips Flat Screen TV) at Wal-Mart, Target and several convenience/specialty stores.

The images below are from the Target store in Laurel. The female appears to have a tattoo on upper left arm. Suspects were both seen entering the pictured vehicle (possibly a Dodge Stratus) and leaving the area.
